This metabolic-boosting routine is designed to push your limits. Give it all you have and work at maximal heart rate to extend the “after burn” effect of HIIT well beyond the time it takes to complete this head-to-toe total body workout.

CHALLENGE

If you’re up for a challenge, test your cardiovascular endurance by removing the rest between sets. Complete each set in order (12 exercises), then rest for one minute. Do this three times. Good Luck!
