The Manual Setup area uses a discovery pattern to make it easy to extend and add new setups. When the user accesses the Manual Setup area, an event is fired that looks for all the setups that are subscribed to it and loads them into the Manual Setup page. This means that any Business Central applications can add their setups to this area, so users can find all the setups in the same place.
