We will continue to build on the alExtensibleAppProject project that we started in this chapter. You can download it from the GitHub link at the start of this chapter.

Here's the scenario we're going to...handle (yes, I know, I did that on purpose):

• We've gathered feedback from customers that the last direct unit cost is a unique calculation for a number of different customers, so we need to allow each customer to have their own calculation so that it pulls the desired cost into the Transaction Entry record.
• If the customer does have their own calculation, then we wouldn't want to perform the standard calculation as it wouldn't be required.
