In order to install a Business Central application to an on-premises environment, you'll use PowerShell. The following three commands need to be executed in order to get the application installed:
- Publish-NavApp makes the application available to be installed within the specific Business Central server instance.
- Sync-NavApp synchronizes the database schema changes required in a tenant's database.
- Install-NavApp installs a published application in a tenant's database.
In order to perform the previous commands, you're going to need to have the appropriate rights to the Business Central system in order to publish and install applications.
