There's more...

Performing an analysis on your on-premises telemetry data can be done using a variety of tools, including Event Viewer and Performance Monitor.

But what about those cloud customers!?

Even though you cannot (as of writing this book, at least) create custom telemetry events in the Business Central cloud environment, you can still view telemetry information that the cloud environment is configured to log, which includes telemetry events for all of the extensions installed. One such example is as follows:

You do this by using the Business Central Admin Center

You can access the admin center by using the following URL: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/<TenantId>/admin. Make sure to replace <TenantId> with the appropriate one you want to access.

Once you have logged into the admin center, select Telemetry on the left-hand navigation pane, and then select the environment (Production or SandBox) that you wish to view the data for. You can further filter the data to look for a specific moment in time as well!

You need to be either an administrator within the tenant or a delegated administrator in order to access the Business Central Admin Center.

There's more information about the admin center on Microsoft Docs here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/tenant-admin-center.
