- In your web browser, navigate to the page at https://flow.microsoft.com and log in with your Flow account credentials.
- On the left side, click Connectors.
- In the search box, search for business central and select the Business Central connector:
- Select the When a record is modified trigger:
- In the first workflow step, the following:

- Click New step:
- Select All | Control, and choose the Condition action:
- Now, let's configure the condition:
- In the Choose a value box, select the blocked field.
- Set the condition criteria field to is equal to.

- In the Choose an action section, select All | Send me an email notification:

- At the bottom of your workflow, click Save.
- Now, we can test our workflow. At the top of your workflow, click .
- Select I'll perform the trigger action, and click Test:
- In another browser tab (don't close the Flow one!), log in to your Business Central environment and follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Customer List.
- Select a customer to open the Customer Card.
- Change the Blocked field to Ship.
- Close the Customer Card.
- Switch back to the Flow tab in your web browser and you should see a message similar to the following screenshot:
- Check the email account you used to sign in to Flow. You should have received an email similar to the following:
