Before you can create an Azure DevOps project, you—of course—need to be able to access Azure DevOps.

Luckily for us, you can use Azure DevOps for free, and you can continue to use it for free until you add more than five full users to the system.

You can create your Azure DevOps account by using either a personal or a work/school email address.
