The publisher portal is an administrative interface of Azure APIM that helps developers to manage their API program. The publisher portal has the following functionalities:

• Creating proxies: Provides the capability to create proxies to APIs by defining them or importing them from API schemas such as Swagger definitions, open APIs, and SOAP endpoints
• Defining policies: Provides the capability to define and apply various policies at various levels
• Packaging APIs into products: The publisher portal allows us to create products out of APIs to monetize them
• User management: Helps to add and remove users and assign appropriate permissions to them
