Creating REST endpoints for the ShipAnyWhere product service

ShipAnyWhere has decided to convert its product service SOAP operations into JSON-based REST APIs. This means the existing SOAP-based web service and its connectivity to the backend remain in operation and a proxy REST-based API will be created. The proxy API will be responsible for receiving REST-based requests, converting them to SOAP-based requests, and sending them to the backend, which is a SOAP-based web service in our scenario.

All this can be achieved in a matter of five minutes. This is the level of agility the Azure APIM platform brings to its customers. It saves a lot of cost to organizations. Here are the steps to follow to achieve this.
