The first step in implementing this kind of solution is to create a Cognitive Services account in the Azure portal. In the Azure portal, select Text Analytics from the market place, as shown in the following screenshot:

Name the service ShipAnyWhereTextAnalytics. Set the Subscription, Location, and Pricing tier appropriately, as shown in the following screenshot:
