The SharePoint Activity Reports can be accessed from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

1. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com), expand Reports, and select Usage.

2. Select Activity:

The SharePoint activity report is aggregate data. You can click the Export link to download a Microsoft Excel worksheet containing the data displayed in the Details table.
