If search results don't contain information that should be there, you may have an error that needs to be resolved with the crawler or the content that has been placed in a site. To do this, you can search the crawl log. Gaining access to the crawl log requires performing two steps:

1. Granting permissions to crawl logs
2. Retrieving logs
