The next level up is hub site navigation. Hub site navigation can be applied across all of the sites associated with a particular hub. This enables users who are browsing related sites to get to resources that might be common across the hub or enterprise. Hub site navigation appears above the local site navigation, as highlighted in the following screenshot:
