SharePoint Site Usage reports can be accessed from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Follow these steps to do so:

1. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com), expand Reports, and select Usage:

2. Select SharePoint | Site usage in the preceding screenshot:

The SharePoint Site Usage report shows aggregate data. You can click the Export link to download a Microsoft Excel worksheet containing the data displayed in the Details table.
