As an administrator, you may want to approve or configure an app for all of the users in your organization. This capability can be especially important if you don't want to allow users to approve access for apps on their own or you want to configure enterprise access to applications. There are thousands of pre-configured app templates available in the Azure App Gallery. Additionally, you can register your own application or follow the integration steps to provide access to an application that does not appear in the gallery.

To grant access to an app, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Azure Active Directory Portal (https://portal.azure.com), select the Search bar, and begin typing Enterprise applications to filter the list. Select Enterprise applications when it appears:

2. Select + New application to start deploying a new application:

3. Select your app:

4. Follow any steps that appear to complete the integration process:

5. Some applications may require additional configuration, such as provisioning users or assigning to them. Follow your application vendor's guidance to complete the configuration:

Once the relevant configuration has been done for your apps, you can publish them in the My Apps panel. From the app's Overview page, follow these steps:

1. Click Assign users and groups:

2. Select + Add user:

3. On the Add Assignment page, add the users and groups that you want to assign the application to, click Select, and click Assign:

4. In the Azure Portal, under Security, select Permissions.  The application requires consent for access to the directory. You'll see these settings under the Admin consent and User consent tabs:

5. Once the application has been assigned, users can navigate to https://myapps.microsoft.com. The application should be visible, as shown in the following screenshot:
