1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ raw tahini (Artisana Organics brand recommended)
½ cup raw cacao powder
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
2 tbsp water, to thin
1 In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water at a time only if necessary to reach desired consistency.
2 Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Serve with carrots, celery, fruit, or rice crackers.
