This quick and easy guac is a staple in Jules’ household. Serve it with our Mexican Rice Bowl, Easy Weeknight Fish Tacos, or just scoop it up with some veggie sticks for a filling snack.

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
Juice of ½ lime
1 clove garlic, finely minced
¼ cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 Scoop out avocado flesh and place in a bowl. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado.
2 Add the lime juice, garlic, onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Serve immediately to avoid browning.
