2 cups Cashew Milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 cup spinach
Small handful of fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
¼ tsp lemon zest
Juice of ½ lemon
2 cups frozen blueberries
