This is one of our signature low-sugar smoothies that actually tastes a bit like blueberry pie! Bright and zesty, this smoothie features romaine lettuce, which, contrary to popular belief, is a nutrient-dense leafy green, filled with antioxidants like vitamins A and C.

2 cups Cashew Milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

3 large romaine lettuce leaves

1 cup spinach

Small handful of fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

¼ tsp lemon zest

Juice of ½ lemon

2 cups frozen blueberries

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
