dry rub chicken wings

Chicken wings are usually synonymous with greasy bar food, to which many of our cleansers’ partners (ours included) would say, “Yum!” These cleanse-friendly, grilled wings deliver all the yum without the unhealthy trans fats—spicy, smoky, and finger-licking good.

Prep Time 5 minutes, plus 30 minutes to marinate
Cook Time 16 minutes

2 lb chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp hot chili powder

1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1   In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients and shake to coat the chicken in oil and seasonings. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2   Preheat a grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grates with olive oil, and place the wings on the grill. Close the grill lid, and cook for 8 minutes on each side. Enjoy hot!
