The addition of fresh herbs, like mint, automatically gives smoothies more flavor and nutrients. We use our homemade protein powder here, which is packed with protein from hemp seeds.

2 cups water
2 tbsp macadamia nuts
1 tbsp Cinnamon Spice Hemp Protein Powder
1 cucumber, cut into chunks
3–4 sprigs fresh mint
2–3 handfuls of spinach
8–10 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
