½ cup water

½ cup unsweetened hemp or almond milk

⅔ cup blueberries

⅓ cup cranberries, frozen or fresh

2 handfuls of spinach

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tbsp Cinnamon Spice Hemp Protein Powder

1 tbsp raw walnut or almond butter

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp chia seeds

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend for 1 minute to get a smooth and creamy consistency. Enjoy immediately!
