Any logged-in user can request a new course to be created if Enable course requests is checked:
- Log in to the site.
- From the Site administration menu, select Courses:
- The Course request form will be displayed.
- Fill out all the required fields and then click on the Request a course button.
- The course request is sent to the users specified by the administrator.
