These settings help you prevent the forum from being taken over by a few prolific posters. Users can be blocked from posting more than a specific number of postings in a specific amount of time. As they approach the limit, they can be given a warning.

For the preceding example, you can set a limit of eight posts per day. After a student makes a sixth post for the day, the system will warn them that they are approaching the limit for the number of posts per day. After eight posts, the student cannot post anymore that day.
