Under the Appearance section, you will find settings that affect the presentation of the glossary. These settings affect the layout of the glossary page, how many entries are shown on a page, the links that users are given, and so on. To determine the best settings for your situation, experiment with the following steps:

1. Log in as a teacher
2. Create a few glossary entries
3. Open another browser, log in as a student, and open the glossary
4. As a teacher, try different settings under Appearance
5. Each time you change the settings as a student, refresh the Glossary page
