Click the Attach icon again in the Reference panel of the Insert tab and then locate the Meeting room drawing and click Open. You will once again get the Attach External References window with lots of options, as shown in Figure 9.5:

At the top of this window, we have the Name field, which shows the name of the file we are attaching. You can click the Browse button to change the file. On the left, just underneath the Name field, you will see a Preview panel that shows the preview of the drawing we are attaching.
