Pagination lets you navigate between different areas of the site. While we're on this settings page, let's enable product pagination. This lets us navigate between different products.

In addition, as you hover over the images, they slide out and give you the product title.

I'm happy they included this functionality in this theme but for my own purposes, I find it clutters up the product page and navigating through products this way seems a little tedious and unintuitive. Still, if you like this functionality, go for it. It's great to have it built into the theme instead of having to install a bunch of plugins.
