You might also want to choose how often these notifications appear. On busy stores, you might want to show a notification every 2 seconds. But on a smaller, more niche store, maybe you only want to show a notification every 12 seconds.

As an example, I might only want to show notifications to users who have been on my site for 10 seconds or more.

To do so, perform the following steps:

1. In FOMO, navigate to Settings | Timeline.
2. Change Initial delay (seconds) from 6 to 10, as shown in the previous screenshot.
3. Click Save.

As you can see, FOMO is pretty much a set-it-and-forget-it technology. There isn't much management, and it shows new visitors to your store what other people are actually looking at and buying.

Now that users know that other people are actively buying products on our store, let's look at providing users with video information on the product page.
