By the time you get this far, you’ll be a pretty established Rules parent and you’ll know what you’re doing most of the time. But teenagers have a way of throwing out new challenges and making you feel clueless about how to be a good parent.

Once your child becomes a teenager, you’re well over halfway through the job of raising them, and you have only a few years left to inculcate all those values and principles you want them to go into adult life with.
