AppBar Buttons and Menu Items

AppBar is accompanied by the following list of button and menu item controls:

AppBarIconButton—Provides the same functionality as the built-in ApplicationBarIconButton, but with added support for data binding and commanding.

AppBarMenuItem—Provides the same functionality as the built-in ApplicationBarMenuItem, but with added support for data binding and commanding.

AppBarToggleButton and AppBarToggleMenuItem—Adds support for dual states, each containing a separate Text value, Command, CommandParameter, and in the case of the AppBarToggleButton, dual IconUri properties.

AppBarHyperlinkButton and AppBarHyperlinkMenuItem—Allows you to launch a local or external URL directly from the button and provides a bindable NavigateUri property.
