User Input with Speech Recognition
Windows Phone 8 includes several new features to support speech recognition, including a speech runtime, recognition APIs for programming the runtime, two ready-to-use grammars for dictation and web search, and a graphical user interface (GUI) that helps users discover and use speech recognition features.
