If you have a great deal of information to cover, divide it into good-sized chunks. Every time
you finish a chunk, reward yourself. Walk away from your desk and do something physical. Take
a quick power walk. Wash your face. Get a glass of ice water. Do aerobic exercises. Spend a few
minutes on a hobby. Watch a few minutes of television.
Do this to clear your mind and refresh your body before tackling the next chunk of knowledge.
Brainteaser:
If you’re not familiar with tautologies, here’s your chance to learn a new word
and tease your brain at the same time. A tautology is a phrase or expression with two words
(usually)—one of which is totally unnecessary. How quickly can you make tautological matches

When you’re studying, try to avoid caffeine or colas. Instead, take bites of foods rich in beta
