If participants have a firm grasp of the fundamentals of the course, they should be able to
express that grasp in writing. Ask them to write an article aligning their viewpoints with some of
the course fundamentals. Give them some help creating a catchy title; putting a “hook” in the
introduction; using subheadings; and concluding with some reference to the essential thrust of
the article.
Submit the article for publication in the organizational newsletter, the local newspaper, or a
publication such as Stephen Covey’s Excellence.
