This lesson introduces you to the key technologies implemented in Apple computers. Not all Apple products incorporate all of these technologies, but each section in the lesson lists which Apple products you'll find them in. While you certainly don't have to memorize this kind of information, familiarity with the system components and their capabilities is critical to your role as a technician, and helps you identify current issues and anticipate potential problems. Besides, you'll doubtless want to impress your customers with your extensive knowledge and provide them with information beyond what they thought they needed.
