This smoothie will get your engine running with plenty of goodness from fruits and vegetables, including coconut water and banana teaming up for a potassium-loaded experience.

 

1 cup coconut water

12 cup broccoli

12 cup baby spinach

1 green apple, cored and chopped

1 medium banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, broccoli, spinach, apple, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
