Matcha Latte
with Banana & Honey

Matcha powder is finely ground green tea leaves, giving you nutrients and inflammation-fighting antioxidants. Research has also linked matcha to improved attention and memory.

 

1 cup unsweetened soy milk

12 cup chilled brewed green tea

2 tsp matcha powder

1 tbsp honey

1 frozen medium banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine soy milk, green tea, matcha, honey, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
