Raspberry Creamsicles
with banana & honey

Cool off with these marvously berry-rific ice pops. They have less sugar than anything you’d find in the freezer sections­–and they’re more nutritious and delicious!

 

34 cup low-fat milk

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 medium banana

1 tbsp honey

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, raspberries, banana, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into eight popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
