Blood Orange Margarita
with peaches & key lime

Blood oranges and key lime yogurt create a zing of flavor and offer vitamin C. This nonalcoholic tribute to the famous cocktail also offers 8 grams of fiber per serving.

 

2 blood oranges, peeled

5oz low-fat key lime Greek yogurt

112 cups frozen peaches

1 cup seltzer

  1. 1 In a blender, combine oranges, yogurt, peaches, and seltzer. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
