1 cup coconut water
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
3⁄4 cup coconut Greek yogurt
2 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut
juice of 1⁄2 lime
1 To make the ice cubes, pour coconut water into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
2 In a blender, combine coconut milk, coconut water ice cubes, yogurt, and dried coconut. Add more water ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
