You’ll find not one, not two, not three, but four ways to love coconut in this tropical blend. You’ll also enjoy a hint of lime in this take on a stripped-down nonalcoholic coconut mojito.

 

1 cup coconut water

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

34 cup coconut Greek yogurt

2 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut

juice of 12 lime

  1. 1 To make the ice cubes, pour coconut water into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  2. 2 In a blender, combine coconut milk, coconut water ice cubes, yogurt, and dried coconut. Add more water ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
