with a touch of honey

Edamame is one of a few plant-based foods that has many protein-building amino acids. Coconut and honey make this a perfectly balanced smoothie with all the macronutrients.

 

112 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

1 cup frozen shelled edamame

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, edamame, honey, and shredded coconut. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
