11⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 cup frozen dragon fruit
1⁄4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
1 tbsp honey
juice of 1⁄2 lime
1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, dragon fruit, and raspberries. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Add honey and lime juice, and blend on high speed again until smooth.
3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
