Dragon Fruit Dream
with raspberries & honey

Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit that contains carbs, iron, magnesium, and hunger-fighting fiber. You can find fresh dragon fruit in autumn and winter or frozen year-round.

 

112 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

1 cup frozen dragon fruit

14 cup freeze-dried raspberries

1 tbsp honey

juice of 12 lime

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, dragon fruit, and raspberries. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Add honey and lime juice, and blend on high speed again until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
