1 cup lime seltzer

34 cup lime Greek yogurt

1 medium beet, peeled and chopped

1 cup frozen mixed berries

  1. 1 In a blender, combine seltzer, yogurt, beet, and berries. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
