2 cups chilled brewed green tea

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp almond butter

1 frozen medium banana

1 cup baby spinach

  1. 1 In a blender, combine green tea, chia seeds, almond butter, banana, and spinach. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
