Lychee & Lemon
with coconut

The sweet and floral scent of lychee makes for a glorious summer fruit. Because they’re often packed in sugar syrup, drain the syrup before adding the lychee to the blender.

12 cup canned lychee, drained

juice of 12 lemon

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, lychee, lemon juice, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
