Chocolate Shake
with cauliflower

You won’t taste the cauliflower, but you’ll take advantage of its cancer-fighting properties. Make this after a workout or without the protein powder for a mid-day snack.

 

1 cup low-fat chocolate milk

1 cup nonfat milk

1 frozen medium banana

1 cup frozen cauliflower florets

4 tbsp chocolate protein powder

  1. 1 In a blender, combine chocolate milk, nonfat milk, banana, cauliflower, and protein powder. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
