Tart Cherry Shake
with vanilla

Cherry juice can help fight inflammation in tired muscles, and this smoothie gives the body exactly what it needs. For best results, drink within 60 minutes after exercise.

 

1 cup tart cherry juice

2 cups frozen pitted cherries

4 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 1 cup water, cherry juice, cherries, and vanilla protein powder. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
