Disposable smoothie tubes turn sippable delights into handheld treats. They’re also a wonderful way to recycle smoothie leftovers into easy-to-hold frozen treats.
3⁄4 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
1 nectarine, pitted and chopped
1 cup blackberries
1 tbsp honey
1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, nectarine, blackberries, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into four tube molds and seal closed. Lay flat in the freezer until frozen, about 4 hours, before serving.
