This is a fun blend of succulent flavors with a hint of citrus. You’ll also get a healthy dose of omega-3 fats from the chia seeds. Zest the oranges before using and sprinkle on top.
11⁄4 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 medium banana, sliced, divided
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 medium oranges
1 In a blender, combine almond milk, pineapple, 1⁄2 banana, and 2 tsp chia seeds. Cut oranges in half and squeeze the juice into the blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into two medium bowls, sprinkle chia seeds and the remaining banana slices on top, and serve immediately.
