Celery & Cayenne
with lemon

This is a refreshing blend of celery and lemon with a kick of cayenne pepper. Sip on this smoothie between meals to curb cravings and to gain some extra daily nutrients.

 

1 cup chopped celery (stalks and leaves)

zest of 1 lemon

14 tsp cayenne pepper

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 1 cup water, celery, lemon zest, cayenne, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
