Cashews & Kale
with banana & maple

Cashews make a creamy, dreamy smoothie–with no dairy in sight. Sip on a dose of greens and healthy fats in one drink– and you’ll feel satisfied for hours.

 

12 cup raw cashews

1 frozen medium banana

1 cup chopped kale

1 tbsp maple syrup

  1. 1 Place cashews and 1 cup water in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain before adding to the blender.
  2. 2 In a blender, combine soaked cashews, 1 cup fresh water, banana, kale, and maple syrup. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
