1 cup coconut water
2 cups frozen fruit salad
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 In a blender, combine coconut water and fruit salad. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, sprinkle chia seeds and shredded coconut on top, and serve immediately.
